Cozmo Electronics — Terms and Conditions

Lay by Policy: Cancellation of Layby • Layby orders can be canceled; however, the customer will forfeit 60% of the amount already paid.

Payment Timeline • Customers are required to specify their payment timeline for the Layby. If no date is provided, Cozmo Electronics will assume the Layby will be paid off within 4 months.

Stock Availability • The specific phone on Layby will be held in stock closer to the agreed expiration period.

Notification • Customers must notify Cozmo Electronics at least 10 days in advance of their intent to pay off the Layby to ensure stock availability.

 ⸻ Refunds & Returns

 Used Phones • No returns are accepted for used phones once they leave the shop, under any circumstances, unless the issue is software-related. If a software issue is verified, the phone will be inspected and, where possible, exchanged for a phone of the same value. If a refund is approved, only 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded, regardless of usage time. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the phone before completing the purchase. For courier purchases, customers will be fully informed of the physical and software condition before payment. Cozmo Electronics will not be held liable for dissatisfaction related to physical condition once the product has been dispatched.

Unused Phones and Other Items • A full refund will be issued for unused phones and items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. • Beyond 7 days, a 70% refund of the purchase amount will be issued.

Refund Process • Refund processing begins on the day the item is returned to Cozmo Electronics for inspection. Refund Denial: Cozmo Electronics reserves the right to refuse refunds for items showing signs of tampering, physical damage, unauthorized repair attempts, or software modifications (e.g., jailbreaking, rooting). Payment Timeline • Customers are required to pay for reserved phones on the agreed date of reservation. • If the stock is not yet available, customers will be contacted to make payment on the expected arrival date.

Failure to Pay • If payment is not made on the agreed date, the reserved item will be sold to the next customer. The original customer will need to wait for new stock.

Faulty Items & Warranty Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for faulty items within 7 days of purchase. The item will be inspected before approval.

Software Warranty: New Electronics: 12-month software warranty.

Used Electronics: 6-month software warranty.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover: Physical damage, cracks, dents, water damage, or misuse. Battery performance variations due to age or software updates. Third-party repairs or unauthorized servicing. Lost or stolen devices. Hardware Warranty: No warranty is provided for hardware-related issues unless otherwise stated.

 Accessories: No warranties, exchanges, or refunds are provided on accessories once sold. Courier & Delivery Policy Cozmo Electronics uses reliable third-party couriers. Once a package is handed over to the courier, liability for loss or damage transfers to the courier company. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report visible damage to the courier and Como Electronics. For used phones shipped by courier, customers are briefed on the exact condition before shipment. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted based on condition complaints after delivery.

Important Notes & Disclaimers Refund Timing: The refund process begins only after the item has been received and inspected.

Inspection Rights: Cozmo Electronics reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned or claimed faulty products before any exchange or refund.

Communication: Customers are responsible for notifying Cozmo Electronics about Layby plans, refunds, or faulty item claims within the specified timelines.

Data Responsibility: Customers must back up personal data before submitting any device for inspection or warranty service. Cozmo Electronics will not be liable for data loss.

Software Updates: It is not recommended to update iPhones below iPhone 11 Pro Max to the latest iOS versions, as updates may cause bugs or battery degradation.

Right of Refusal: Cozmo Electronics reserves the right to refuse service or sale to customers who engage in fraudulent, abusive, or threatening behavior.

Legal Ownership: Customers certify that any devices sold or traded to Cozmo Electronics are their legal property, free of theft or third- party claims.
