  • Orders are processed after full payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed via our website or WhatsApp are treated equally.

  • Same-day delivery orders must be confirmed before the daily cutoff time to qualify.

  • Courier delivery via third-party courier companies

  • Same-day delivery within Windhoek

  • In-store pickup (free)

  • Customer-arranged courier pickup, upon request

  • Windhoek: Same-day delivery

  • Other towns in Namibia: Estimated 1 business day

  • Pre-orders: Estimated 2–3 weeks, depending on product availability and supplier timelines

6. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and courier used.

  • In-store pickup is free of charge.

 

 


 

 

7. Risk & Responsibility

 

 

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, all risk transfers to the customer.

  • Cozmo Electronics does not insure parcels during transit.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier companies.

 


Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

 


 

 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

 

 

  • Cozmo Electronics does not accept liability for items damaged during shipping.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be raised directly with the courier company used.

 

 


 

 

9. Returns & Refused Deliveries

 

 

  • If a delivery is refused or returned, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
